Harley's Cafe

This place was fantastic! We went in between baseball games on a Saturday. We had 12 people. We sat down at about 12:50pm. Everyone had ordered by 1:10pm and we were finished eating and walking out the door at 1:45pm. The staff was so kind and friendly (not the usual response we get when we go to restaurants between games), the food was fantastic, the restaurant was very clean and we'll definitely return! I had the pot roast (so good!!) and my son had the 2x2 (he loved it!) Thank you for making our cold Saturday outside a little warmer, Harley's Cafe!

We eat here several times weekly. The servers are always friendly and attentive. But, the last several visits the cooks have failed miserably! At least one of us have been left waiting for at least one, if not more of our orders to come out. Toast after over half the breakfast order was eaten, the omelet after the toast was cold, the spaghetti on special after everyone in the party had almost finished their meals. We go out to eat to enjoy our meal “together.” I’m not sure what the issue is, but it’s getting to be a major issue!!!

I sat at the counter and the severs greated me emediatly. I ordered the Western omelet with hash browb and wheat toast. The toast came a little later than my meal but not a big deal. My omelet was delicious. I brought in my own coffee since I had just bought it down the road and they didn't mind. The prices were very reasonable. I was able to eat for less than $10 and now days that's rare.

A hometown diner in every sense. We went on a Friday night before it crowded out. We ordered a chicken fried steak on toast, an all you can eat fish, and steak fingers. My Father in law really enjoyed his fish. He had seven pieces. Thin sliced and hot. The order came with fries and a few hushpuppies. Only the fish is all you can eat, not the sides. The chicken fry on toast was very good. A large serving with mashed potatoes covered in white gravy. The steak fingers came with gravy also and we ordered it with fries. All were good. We had two waters and an iced tea, the order came to around 36 dollars for the three of us. The menu was typical diner fare, and the service was very good. We went on a very hot evening and the diner itself was warm, so this took away from the atmosphere. If you are around stop in and give Harley's a try. I think you will enjoy it.
